I’d like to see some actual data on how this software is being used in the real world before we conclude definitively that it will be bad. I’d like to hear some case reports about criminals who were caught using this software. Does it reduce overall resource utilization and thereby save tax dollars? Or does it put more innocent people behind bars? Let’s gather some data and make informed decisions rather than reacting ideologically, as it seems this author is doing.
